Alternatives: <br />Alternative #1 — Motion to adopt Resolution #19-053 accepting a permanent utility easement on Lot 1, Block 1, <br />LAZYDAYS Addition per the executed Utility Easement Agreement. <br />Alternative #2 — Motion to deny adoption of Resolution #19-053 at this time. <br />Funding Source: <br />Accepting the executed utility easement agreement will not require City funding. The property owner has willingly <br />dedicated the permanent utility easement via the executed utility easement agreement attached to this case.
