Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-039 <br />RESOLUTION TO HIRE A PART-TIME COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER <br />WHEREAS, there is a Community Service Officer vacancy; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends hiring Ms. Katie McNally as a part-time Community <br />Service Officer averaging 25 hours per week, and <br />WHEREAS, the newly appointed Community Service Offices will be subject to a 6-month <br />probation period; and <br />WHEREAS, all other Personnel Policies and union contracts will apply normally. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />To make a motion to adopt resolution 18-039 hiring Ms. Katie McNally as a <br />part-time Community Service Officer averaging 25 hours per week, on or near <br />February 13, 2019 at $19.93 per hour which is step 1 of the 2019 wage scale. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 12th day of February, 2019. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
