Maxfield <br />Research & Consulting <br />GENERAL BACKGROUND <br />Matt Mullins brings over 20 years of real estate consulting and advisory <br />service experience to Maxfield Research & Consulting. Matt has managed <br />and directed real estate analysis projects locally, regionally, and nationally <br />for a broad spectrum of private and public sector clients. Matt's experience <br />canvasses a variety of real estate and land use types, including: single-family <br />and multifamily housing, commercial, industrial, mixed -use, hospitality, <br />entertainment, tourism, transit -oriented developments, among others. <br />Matt is a trusted advisor whom industry leaders regularly rely on his <br />forthright insight into the real estate market. Matt frequently presents real <br />estate findings and emerging trends to public sector entities and <br />professional trade organizations. In addition to his strategic research and <br />consulting responsibilities, Mr. Mullins also manages and implements <br />business development strategies and marketing initiatives for Maxfield. <br />Furthermore, Matt oversees and mentors other Maxfield advisors. <br />Mr. Mullins joined Maxfield January 2003.
