He has expertise in commercial real <br />estate, housing, city planning, location analytics, and <br />demographic analysis. <br />Prior to joining Maxfield Research, Joe was a member of the <br />national research team for Cushman & Wakefield, one of <br />the world's largest commercial real estate firms. In this <br />role, he conducted research and analyses focusing on the <br />office, industrial and retail real estate markets in the Twin <br />Cities Metropolitan Area. Before joining the commercial <br />real estate industry, Joe was a planner for the following <br />organizations: City of Columbia Heights, Minnesota; <br />Arrowhead Regional Development Commission in Duluth, <br />Minnesota; and, Peoria County, Illinois.
