with the Administrator and may be initiated by the Planning Commission or <br />any three residents of the block (both sides where the home occupation is <br />being conducted). All such revocation hearings shall be conducted in <br />accordance with §9.03.04. Publication and notice requirements shall be the <br />same as for conditional use permit application hearings. <br /> <br />c. All businesses being conducted at property zoned for residential use shall <br />have thirty (30) days thereafter to apply for a home occupation permit. <br /> <br />d. Persons who were conducting a business may continue to conduct such <br />businesses pending final determination of their application. Should the <br />Council deny the petition for conditional use permit, all such persons shall <br />immediately cease their business activities from such residential premises. <br /> <br />9.11.05 <br /> Manufactured Housing. <br /> Manufactured houses may be located within residential <br />zoning districts within the City upon compliance with the following conditions and upon <br />compliance with all other conditions of the City Code except those City Code conditions which <br />may be at variance with the following conditions: <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. <br /> Manufactured houses shall comply with all zoning regulations for <br />the zone in which they are located. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br /> A building permit and any other required permits shall be obtained for <br />such manufactured housing. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. <br /> Manufactured houses shall have minimum floor areas as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />a.One Family Structures.One family structures shall have at least three (3) <br />habitable rooms, as defined by the State Building Code, and the overall <br />dimensions shall contain the following minimum areas including foyers and <br />exclusive of garages and be no less than twenty-four (24) feet in any <br />nominal dimension: <br /> <br />Rambler without garage 912 square feet on main <br />living floor <br />Split level without garage 912 square feet on main <br />living floor <br />Full two story with or without garage, 720 square feet per floor <br />exclusive of lofts, balconies and any other <br />similar construction <br />Rambler or split level with attached or 768 square feet on main <br />detached 440 square foot garage living floor <br /> <br />b. Two Family Structures. Two family structures shall have at least three (3) <br />livable rooms, as defined by the State Building Code, per family and the <br />overall dimensions shall contain not less than 720 square feet on the main <br />living floor per family including foyers and exclusive of garages. All two <br />family structures shall have either an attached or detached garage with <br />overall dimensions of not less than 240 square feet per unit.
