Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />~'35 <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At a recent City Council meeting, it was noted that the future topics list for Council work <br />sessions has become a lengthy list. From time to time in the past, Council and staff have <br />simply reviewed the list to reprioritize or determine if the topic no longer belongs on the <br />list.
