Plans for the <br />installation of the equipment h~i~,e been:reyiewed and recommended for approval by Kollmer <br />Consultants, a firm ketained by the city fdr itl/is PurpOse. Included in the Council's packet is an <br />agreement between the City and~Sprint that! Outlines the terms for use of the tower. Sprint will <br />pay the City $24,000 annually roi ~the use of the tOwer. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works DirectOr!Olson e.x~lained staff's primary concern was access because <br />Sprint will need access'during times that ~thff may or may not be available.
