A copy of the adopted ordir~ance is attached this case. It is Staff's understanding that the <br />City may receive a cluster subdivision request for the' April Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Past Planning Commission CaseS: <br /> <br />In the month of February, the City Council considered the following items: <br /> <br />· Granted final plat and site plan approval for the Felco Properties office condo project on <br /> Hwy. 47 next to the old Amoco station., <br /> <br />· Approved the Conditional Use Permit request to exceed sign size restrictions in the TC-3 <br /> Zoning District for the NAU Insurance Building <br /> <br />· Granted site plan approval for the Bertolas & Pekula office building at 141st and Azurite <br /> St. Case : <br /> <br />· Granted site plan approval for a new Village Bank building on the south side of Hwy. 10. <br /> <br />· Reviewed the sketch plan for Ramsey Town Center 7th Addition. <br /> <br />· Reviewed and provided input on a revised sketch plan for Shade Tree Cottages; (See <br /> attachment). <br /> <br />· Granted approval to the Final Plat of Alpine Woods 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />· Granted approval for the final site plan for the Ramsey Municipal Center in the Ramsey <br /> Town Center. <br /> <br />?7 <br /> <br /> <br />
