2001 Comprehensive Plan <br />Amended February 26, 2002 <br /> <br />Provide dispersed locations for a diversity of housing styles, <br />types, and price ranges and encourage development of <br />housing and services that meet the needs of nontraditional <br />households. <br /> <br />9. Plan and provide for the housing and service needs of the <br /> elderly and disabled. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Regularly review and revise, as necessary, zoning and <br />subdivision regulations, building codes, design standards and <br />approval processes to assure that regulations and standards <br />are flexible enough to allow quality and variety of housing <br />options. <br /> <br />11 Require and enforce high design and maintenance standards <br /> for all residential development. <br /> <br />12. Require the maintenance of existing and future housing <br /> through enforcement of the housing maintenance code. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Facilitate and promote housing rehab and renovation <br />programs through partnerships with HUD, Fannie Mae, local <br />banks, MHFA, Metro Council, ACCAP, Anoka County <br />HRA and other non-profit or private organizations. <br /> <br />14.
