Voting No: Nonel <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 8:47 p.m. <br /> <br />(29uncil B~J~iness <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council me~ting back to order at 8:47 p.m. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained the City isone of the property owners that will be assessed for <br />local improvements. The Council has been presented with a petition requesting the City to <br />complete the local improvements. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to approve a petition for <br />local improvements by the City of Ramsey; Minnesota to the City Council of the City of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec; Councilmembers Cook, Olson, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained the City has now received a petition from all of the property <br />owners that are to be assessed for the various improvements. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson advised staff has not yet received the Phase II Landscape <br />Plan fi'om the developer. The action ordering improvements should be contingent on the receipt <br />oF that Landscape Plan. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained the proposed resolution states that the City has received all of <br />the feasibility reports. The resolution includes'the amendment to the Phase 1~ Roadways. He <br />explained the proposed resolution states thai tho improvement reports reference the feasibility <br />reports and that the petitions haVe been signed bY 100 percent of the property owners.
