The resolution specifies Brian Olson as the principal engineer. The <br />resolution directs the plans and SpeCs to be prePared, contingent on the receipt and approval of <br />tim Phase I1 Landscaping Plan. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig expressed Concem with:the drop-dead date in the agreement, as the clock <br />would be ticking while still waiting for landscaping information. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied the dates are:a long time out, but are required by state <br />requirements. Staff is confident the landscaPinginformation will be resolved by that time. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by CCuncilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution #05- <br />02-064 Ordering improvements and preparation of plans, contingent on the receipt and approval <br />of the Phase II Landscape Plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: MaYor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Cook, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: Public Hearing and LeVY of Special Assessments for the Ramsey Town <br /> Center Addition ImproVements <br /> <br />Mayor Gamcc closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 8:55 p.m. in order to <br />condttct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public ltearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 8:55 p.m. <br /> <br />Present~09n <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated the Ramsey Town Center Addition Improvements consist of the <br />following: : <br /> <br />· City Phase l Roadway Improvements <br />· City Phase II Roadway Improvements <br />· AUAR Roadway Improvements <br />· Municipal Parking Facilities in downtown"Core Area" <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich advised each of the improvements has been 100% petitioned for and the <br />assesslnents agreed upon pursum~t to :the saidl Ramsey Town Center Master Development <br />Agreement and the First Amendment to the Master Development Agreement, which is to be <br />considcred for final adoption later this evening, There are four separate resolutions to be adopted <br />for the assessments. <br /> <br />City Council/February 22, 2005 <br /> P,age:23 of 31 <br /> <br /> <br />
