The resolution specifies Brian Olson as the principal engineer. The <br />resolution directs the plans and SpeCs to be prePared, contingent on the receipt and approval of <br />tim Phase I1 Landscaping Plan. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig expressed Concem with:the drop-dead date in the agreement, as the clock <br />would be ticking while still waiting for landscaping information. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied the dates are:a long time out, but are required by state <br />requirements. Staff is confident the landscaPinginformation will be resolved by that time. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by CCuncilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution #05- <br />02-064 Ordering improvements and preparation of plans, contingent on the receipt and approval <br />of the Phase II Landscape Plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: MaYor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Cook, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen.
