Chaim'mn Zimmerman replied that the developer would be responsible for the turn lanes. Commissioner Deemer referred to previous Planning and Zoning meeting minutes dated September 3, 1985, page 2 of 3, June 4, 1985, page 4 regarding the subdivision of Loucks property to create Duff and Towle Addition. The Commission agreed that those minutes sh',dl be made a part of the public hcar'ing record. Sean Towle - Stated that in consideration of the mitigating circumstances on this issue, the Commission should table any action until further review can be addressed. Kirk Corson - Referred to Lots I-4 on the north end of the plat and stated that the developer also wanted ~o be sure that alt of the lots have the minimum one acre of high ground. The most tiifficult lot was #I and it has one acre of high and dry gn'ound. The other lots have more than one acre of high ground. This information was detern'tined by a soils map prepared by engineers. Regarding access onto Hwy. #47, the position proposed is based on the engineer's opinion that it is the prime location for visibility going north and south on #47. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmennan, Commissioners LaDue, Hendriksen, Bawden, Deemer, Shumway and Ten3'. Voting No: None.
