Staff is also proposing a more basic design along the western <br />elevation since this facade Will need~0 be removed as part of the second phase expansion to the west. The <br />bulk of the design has been put intothe s°ul[he0s~t glass stair tower, and the south (Civic Center Drive) and <br />the east elevation. It should also be noted that ihere Will be significant architectural treatment on the upper <br />elevation on north elevation (Sunw°°d Dr.) sirlce i~ will be visible even after the construction of the retail <br />building. <br /> <br />Lighting: The plan has provided information regarding the proposed light fixtures. Preliminary review of <br />the intbrmation by Staff indicates that the fixates are acceptable. Staff will continue to work with the <br />design of the lighting for the structure, With special attention given to the lighting on the top floor. <br /> <br />Drainage and Grading: Staff has revieWedi the preliminary drainage and grading plans and has no <br />comments at this time. Further revieWofthe pi.an will occur at time of final site plan submittal. <br /> <br />Access: The parking structure will ha;Ye twO accesses} From Sunwood Drive, drivers will only be able to <br />enter. No exit from the structure will be alloWed at t~his access. The primary access will come from Civic <br />Center Drive and will allow for vehicles t° both~ enter and exit. City Staffhas reviewed these accesses and <br />find them acceptable. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p,m. ,on Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 <br />Armstrong Blvd., to review the propOSed site plan.
