An <br />approved "Parking Plan" is requiredas part'of this agreement. The parking plan for the <br />core is being brought forward at this time for City Council approval. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Memo from JoAnn Olsen, LSA Design regarding parking plan. <br />Parking Plan Spreadsheet and Map <br />ResOlution adopting Parking.Plan <br /> <br />As indicated in the LSA Des{gn mem°, the :Parking Plan divides the parking district into 9 <br />areas and breaks down each area into Parking uses and sources, and an allocated share of <br />structured parking. ,The number of:needed parking spaces have been generated from a more <br />detailed plan for Town Center. It :should be noted that the City Council has seen the more <br />detailed plan but has not approved itl <br /> <br />Representatives of LSA Design will be Present at the meeting to-review the parking plan and <br />answer questions that the Ci~ Council may have. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends -adoption :of the resolution adopting the Ramsey Town Center Core <br />parking plan. <br /> <br />City Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve Resolution #05-03- <br />Center Core area. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Attorney <br />Asst.
