Mt-. Feges stated if they are going to hit ithe density they plan they will have to make sure they
keep accounting and expanding :the ramps to the maximum capacity and potentially have more
vertical parking. If this is not done it could stop growth.

Assistant Public Works Director Olson indicated the City will continue to try to acquire grants
for thc expansion of the ramps. However, it should be clear that the City has spent as much as
they can for parking ramps in this district :and does not have the financial tools for the
expmlsions. Those funds will need to come ifrom grants or from the secondary developers.

City Administrator Norn~an indicated these agreements will be on the agenda of the City Council
meeting next Tuesday. Individual meetings can be set up if the Council would like to further
review this.

Councilmcmber Strommen stressed the need for the Council to have a discussion regarding the
cinema and land use in Outlot B. This diScUssion does not necessarily need to take place before
this agreenlent is signed, but before the Council is faced with a decision.

MAYOR AND COUNCIL

Nolle.

ADJOURNMENT

The Work Session of the City CoUncil adjourned at 9:45 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Carol Hamer
Recording Secretary
Time&tver Off Site Secretarial Inc.

James E.
