Ramsey Town Center Addition. An ordinance has already been passed for the sale of Outlot A. Outlot B will be conveyed back to the City as a park. Outlots A and C will be utilized for development. Outlot W is the well site, which is Lot 2, Block 1 of Ramsey Town Center. There is excess property of approximately 3,000 square feet that is not needed for the well site, and this property would be a quick claim:deed to Ramsey Town Center. Councihnember Elvig stated this transaction is not a gift to Ramsey Town Center and is all part of the development agreement and other agreements with Ramsey Town Center. Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Ordinance #05- 04 for sale of Outlots B, & C and part ofOutlot:W, Ramsey Town Center Addition. The meeting was recessed at 8:28 p.m. and reconvened at 8:35 p.m. City Administrator Norman indicated Case Nos. 2 and 3 will be acted on, followed by Case No. 17. Case #2: Improvement Public Hearing Regarding Ramsey Town Center Addition Improvement Projects Public H¢~rin£ Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 8:36 p.m. Pre~eqtgtion Assistant Public Works Director Olsort indicated as a result of the Master Development Agreement between the City and Ramsey Town Center, LLC, the City has agreed to undertake various public improvements for the Ramsey Town Center Addition. These include City Phase I Roadway Improvements, City Phase I! Roadway Improvements, the AUAR Roadway hnp,'ovements and the Parking Facilities Improvements.
