Mayor LeTourneau noted that this is the point of public input, to help create the <br />neighborhoods and community that the residents want and desire. <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br />Councilmember Shryock aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Councilmember Kuzma aye <br />Councilmember Heinrich aye <br />Mayor LeTourneau aye <br />Motion carried. <br />7.04: Adopt Ordinance #19-03 Amending the Definition of Topsoil (Project No. 18-146) <br />City Planner McGuire Brigl reviewed the staff report and recommendation from the <br />Environmental Policy Board and Planning Commission to adopt Ordinance #19-03. <br />Councilmember Musgrove stated that she appreciates the work that staff has done after receiving <br />comments from a developer. <br />Motion by Councilmember Musgrove, seconded by Councilmember Heinrich, to waive the City <br />Charter requirement to read the Ordinance aloud and Adopt Ordinance #19-03 Amending <br />Section 117-1 "Definitions" of Chapter 117 of the City Code of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Further discussion: Mayor LeTourneau stated that he previously served as liaison on the <br />Environmental Policy Board and the original intent was to conserve water usage.
