Item 27 contains discussion of plan <br />compatibility for a number of other planning documents <br />that cover land in and adjacent to the site. Continued <br />planning efforts will assure that non -compatible uses do <br />not occur as the site develops. <br />The City's 2030 Comprehensive <br />Plan update was adopted in 2010 <br />after Metropolitan Council review. <br />The City's 2012 Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment (The COR) was <br />approved by the Metropolitan <br />Council on December 12, 2012. <br />The City will continue to update <br />plans and ordinances as needed to <br />implement the City's vision and <br />goals in compliance with the <br />AUAR. <br />The City's 2040 Comprehensive <br />Plan has been drafted. The City <br />intends to submit the Plan to the <br />Metropolitan Council for review <br />in March 2019. Adoption is <br />anticipated in early 2019.
