Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #19-058 RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE (1) YEAR EXTENSION TO THE APPROVALS OF THE FINAL PLAT FOR REGENCY COMMONS AND THE SITE PLAN FOR NATIONAL SELF STORAGE, LLC WHEREAS, on January 5, 2017, the City received an application and plans from National Self Storage, LLC for Final Plat and Site Plan Review; and WHEREAS, on February 2, 2017, the Planning Commission reviewed the Final Plat and Site Plan, and recommended that the City Council approve said Site Plan; and WHEREAS, on February 14, 2017, the City Council approved the Site Plan for National Self Storage; and WHEREAS, on February 28, 2017, the City Council approved the Final Plat for Regency Commons; and WHEREAS, on February 27, 2018 the City Council granted a one (1) year extension for the approved Site Plan for National Self Storage; and WHEREAS, on February 7, 2019 the City received a written request for a one (1) year extension to the approvals granted for Final Plat and Site Plan. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey approves a one (1) year extension to the approval of the Site Plan for National Self Storage LLC (new completion date of February 26, 2020). 2) That the City Council of the city of Ramsey approved a one (1) year extension to the approval of the Final Plat for Regency Commons (shall be recorded with Anoka County by February 26, 2020). 3) That any contingencies included in the original Site Plan and Final Plat approvals shall be applicable with this extension. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent:
