Ramsey is very fortunate to have over 15 well-trained citizen volunteers serving our community as Police Reserve Of- preventing unintentional injuries and deaths to children. on June 18-19, 2019, at Elmcrest Park in Ramsey. Camp is limited to 144 second and third grade (2018-2019 hours volunteered is similar to the hours of one full-time - basis.
