WHEREAS, the City Council considered the Final Plat and Development Agreement request on <br />April 9, 2019. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby grants final plat approval of Harvest Estates 2nd <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with the Staff Review Memos and ProjectDox Comments. <br />b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />c) City Engineer approval of construction plans. <br />2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey approves the development agreement for Harvest Estates <br />2nd Addition. <br />a) Contingent upon purchase of Subject Property from the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Riley, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Existing Vacancy <br />RESOLUTION #19-087 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
