<br />Board Member Sibilski stated that his property was not crossed but they went down the <br />road in front of his property. <br /> <br />Board Member Max stated that he received notification but they did have to cross the <br />southern end of his property. <br /> <br />Board Member Sibilski stated that the original plan was not to come along his road. He <br />stated that the map on the City website never indicated the water main coming down his <br />road, as it was supposed to go to the north through the Brookfield addition. He stated <br />that from an environmental standpoint, there should have been a notification ahead of <br />time so that he had an opportunity to have some input. <br /> <br />Board Member Freeburg asked what the condition of the wetland is today. <br /> <br />Board Member Sibilski stated that the wetland is completely dry now. He stated that <br />with the amount of water that was pumped out, it will take a long time for the wetland to <br />fill in again and the turtle population seems to have disappeared. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated that he would look into the issue and contact him at a later <br />date with an explanation. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Max and seconded by Board Member Olds to approve the <br />agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Board Member Hustvedt <br /> <br />POLICY BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Functions and Values Field Work Status Report <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson explained that the City is set to have the ground-truthing field <br />work begin on Friday, June 9th.
