<br />Board Member Olds suggested that the workers might refer people to the website while <br />they are in the field if they have questions. <br /> <br />Board Member Max stated there may be people who didn't receive a letter, but could live <br />nearby and become concerned when they see the field work going on. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson noted that there was an article in the most recent Ramsey Resident <br />issue. <br /> <br />Board Member Freeburg stated it was his assumption that people working with this had <br />informational packets. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated that if there are questions, typically they are referred to the <br />City. He stated that this isn't the first time these people have performed this type of work <br />so they should know what to do. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda asked Coordinator Anderson ifthis required action by the EPB. <br /> <br />Board Member Olds made the recommendation to wait and see what happens because the <br />field work may be finished before the next EPB meeting. <br /> <br />Board Member Max stated the field work will be done before the next meeting. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda asked Coordinator Anderson to send members an e-mail notifying <br />them about when they can walk the wetlands with the field workers. Coordinator <br />Anderson stated that he would do that after he speaks with Westwood to confirm dates, <br />times, and locations for a general meeting spot. He stated he would leave it up to EPB <br />members to respond to his e-mail. <br /> <br />Board Member Freeburg asked for cell phone numbers for the crew. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated that he would, at the very least, get Westwood Professional <br />Service's telephone number. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Review of City Council Work Session Discussion of EPB Work Plan <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated that the majority ofEPB members were at the City Council <br />Work Session on May 2, 2006. He stated that it went well, was informal, and engaged in <br />quite a bit of discussion in terms of potential avenues for a revised Work Plan based on <br />the discussion. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson passed out revised minutes of the Work Plan that was approved at <br />the May 9, 2006 City Council consent agenda. He stated that after the Work Plan was <br />discussed, the City Council minutes were updated. He stated that the wetland inventory <br />was presented to the City Council. He stated that overall, the City Council has been <br />pleased with the work that the EPB has done.
