Elmcrest District
The Elmcrest District was previously known as the 167th/47 Node. Located at the intersection of 167th
Avenue NW and Highway 47, the node is mostly commercial, but abuts one of the City of Ramsey's
largest and most active parks, Elmcrest Park.
