Traffic Analysis <br />The number of trips on this part of <br />Highway 47 is significantly lower than <br />those seen at the Bunker Lake Blvd and <br />Highway 47 node. <br />According to the MnDOT, there are <br />approximately 7,600 average daily trips on <br />Highway 47 just north of 167th Avenue, and <br />approximately 2,200 trips on 167th Avenue. <br />These trips represent residents of the City <br />of Ramsey, as well as residents of the City <br />of Nowthen, and likely others. These trips <br />also represent potential clients and <br />customers for the businesses in the area, <br />which do not appear to be pulling many <br />passersby into their businesses. <br />17 <br />
