The number of trips on this part of Highway <br />47 is the lowest on the corridor. The <br />number of trips lowers from the 7,600 at <br />the Elmcrest District to 7,200 just north of <br />Green Valley Road and 6,700 towards the <br />north boundary of the City. <br />These trips represent residents of the City of <br />Ramsey, as well as residents of the City of <br />Nowthen, which likely represent a large <br />majority of the 6,700 daily trips that travel <br />out of the City of Ramsey north. From this, it <br />is logical to assume that at least 3,000 cars <br />use Highway 47 to commute south through <br />the City of Ramsey, but do not live in the <br />City of Ramsey.
