Land Use Analysis <br />This area is almost entirely large lot <br />residential, with one institutional use. The <br />City of Ramsey recently approved a horse <br />farm in the northwest corner of the district <br />that trains children on different types of <br />riding, which includes multiple riding <br />arenas and larger events throughout the <br />year. This has the possibility to increase the <br />traffic and intensity of the uses in the area, <br />though the City does still designate it as a <br />rural and agricultural -type use. This area <br />represents the rural character of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />22 <br />
