Commissioner Olds asked if all park dedication and park fees would be based on all residential <br />and commercial units. <br /> <br />Park/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated this was correct. <br /> <br />Chairperson Johns stated she wanted to caution them on the pocket parks and the developers will <br />be putting them in themselves. <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the compromises each side will need to make to make the Town <br />Center work. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Ostrum, Seconded by Commissioner Shryock, to recommend that for <br />the purposes of the preliminary plat approval, park dedication and trail park fees consist of cash, <br />until such time an agreement may identify credit for land dedication or recreational amenities to be <br />constructed by the developer. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Johns, Commissioners Ostrum, LaMere, Lehman, Olds <br />and Shryock. Voting No: None.
