The property is located in the southeast quadrant of <br />C.S.A.H. #5 and Alpine Drive NW. She explained the subject property is approximately 50 acres <br />and includes the City Hall campus, three existing residential lots to the south, and the Dental <br />Office lot on the corner of Nowthen Blvd. and Alpine Drive. The property has several different <br />zoning classifications: the Dental Office lot is zoned B-1 Business, the City Hall campus is zoned <br />Public/Quasi-Public, and the lots to the south are zoned R-1 Residential. A Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment to reconfigure the layout of the existing land uses and a rezoning will be required as a <br />part of preliminary plat review. <br /> <br />Planning Commission/November 3, 2005 <br />Page 5 of 27 <br /> <br />
