WHEREAS, the City has sufficient funds in the Stormwater fund to cover the project, <br />and the City has collected infiltration mitigation funds from projects that cannot infiltrate on site <br />due to proximity to municipal wells or contaminated soils which currently amount to one quarter <br />of the cost of this project with revenues from future projects anticipated to fully reimburse the <br />Stormwater fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />I) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of <br />the City of Ramsey. <br />2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br />the bid bonds made with their bids at such time that a contract has been executed <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Riley and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeToumeau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Existing Vacancy <br />Existing Vacancy <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and dc�p ed by the 5vnsCity Council this <br />the 1 Ph day of June, 2019.
