To vote against a question, fill in the oval next to <br />the word "NO" for that question. <br />(Q ROBERT CONROY <br />O Wrlte-In, If any <br />QUESTION NO. 1 <br />APPROVAL OF SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />REFERENDUM REVENUE <br />AUTHORIZATION <br />The board of Anoka -Hennepin Independent School <br />District No. 11 has proposed to increase its general <br />education revenue by the following amounts: $590 <br />per resident marginal cost pupil unit for taxes <br />payable in 2002; $613.60 for taxes payable in <br />2003; $638.14 for taxes payable in 2004; $663.67 <br />for taxes payable in 2005; $690.22 for taxes <br />payable in 2006; $717.83 for taxes payable in <br />2007; $746.54 for taxes payable in 2008; and <br />$776.40 for taxes payable in 2009. The additional <br />revenue will be used to finance school operations <br />and the property tax portion thereof will require an <br />estimated referendum tax rate of approximately <br />.1995% of the referendum market value of the <br />school district for taxes payable in 2002, the first <br />year the new authorization would be levied and of <br />approximately .1687% of the referendum market <br />value of the school district for taxes payable in <br />2009, the last year the new authorization would be <br />levied.
