Highway 5 is in bad condition
now! When trucks goby now the house shakes. If City sewer/water.goes in to' the proposed
development to the north of us (167th) the PopUlation density will be even greater!

Are traffic levels & road conditions taken into consideration?'

Name:

Address:

Phone:

Bryon & Lynn Cole

6951 168th Avenue NW

(763) 753-5979

General Comments:
Charter vs. Code- What right will we have if sewer :& water comes through or by our neighborhood-
are we going to be forced into hook ups within the 2 year or if septic had to be pumped-even though
we have no desire to do so? What will be enforced, what charter says or what the cod~ says?

Will we be notified of upcoming changes to the code or charter section 8.6.1 & 8.6.2? Can
neighborhoods vote against having this charter changed or altered.
