Name: Greg Jurgensen

Address: 16213 Coquina Street NW

Phone: (763) 421-3626

General Comments:
! would like to know why the City Charter~states that a homeowner will not be compelled to hook up
to sewer and water but that City code only gives you 2 years from the time it becomes available. I
just had a septic system installed 4 years agoand I don't want to be forced to connect just because I
get it pumped every other year as part ofr0utine maintenance! I think that this needs to be cleared
up and explained to the homeoWners BEFORE anY sewer & water is run through.

Also, I had thought that there was a zoning ordinance against building urban lots in the petition area
north of 167th-isn't that a Rural Preserve? ~

Northwest Alignments:
My property abuts Nowthen Boulevard. ! don't think that the proposed Northwest Alignment 5
would be any better than the other four-it has a mUch higher pi-ice'fag and County Road 5 will be
torn up all the way to 167th. I will also be lOsing more of my land that I really don't want to- I lost
enough when County Road 5 was widened'years ago.

Name: Karianne Olson

Address: 6250 160th Lane

Phone: (763) 323-0191

General Comments:
Running along 47 should be given higher consideration.

Do not want any route affecting my property.
47 has a larger easement & would have least economic impact.

Name: Phil Nevin

Address: 6761 159th Avenue NW

Phone: (763) 422-8238

General Comments:
As long as your system is functional, you are able to keep your own private services. According to
City Charter, no one will be forced to hook iup to public serVices. City Council should strengthen
Charter for its residents and eliminate the conflicting City Code. People should also not be forced to
hook up to public services if selling their property.
