Name: Dennis & Renee Rinehart

Address: 66001 155th Avenue NW

Phone: (763) 788-5353

General Comments: :
The sewer system//3 for the northwest development, I guess woUld be the best.

Please stop building so many toWnhomes in the area. The congestion is getting horrible on our
streets. People, have you thought about schools? Soon another Water tower, will have to be built to
accommodate all the people. ·

We pump our septic tank every 2 years (only 2 people live in the house). Do we hook up after a
problem or by 2007? Does the expense go up in 2 years? .

Name: Garth Hartwig
Northeast Alignment II:
At Nowthen Boulevard and the drainage ditch at about 1'61 Ave~ Why can't the sewer go ifi't goes
in on the north side of the ditch Which the city owns instead of taking my nice trees down on my
own property.

General Comments:
Drawings are unclear. Charter & Ordinances are in conflict. What then rules~ ~.
Who pays how much?
What will it cost?
Why in the world do it?

General Comments:
Water lines must accompany all sewer lines.

General Comments:
For the Northwest Aligniment//3 appears to be the best.
Language: The City ordinance and the Charter needs to get the same language or is the decision up
to the property owner which (ordinance Or code) they want to use.

Cost: is the developer who requests the aligrmnent going to assume .full responsibility for.the
installation. With additional development ObVious more traffic-who pays for additional roadS and
maintenance?

Are homeowners able to hook into the main .trunk line or only laterals from the main line.
What do I get for my $6055 and $10,7857 Exactly.
What about future meeting? How do we get the dates and agenda?
