Name: Verna and Doug HammOnd
Address: 7147 158th Lane NW
Phone: (763) 427-9654

General Comments:
Interesting meeting. It did answer some questiOns. You needed more People there to answer
questions. I guess if it goes done our street, we'll probable hOok up cvcn though we have no sewer
or water problems. However, if it doesn't go down our street, it won't break our hearts either.
there are a lot of people who really want sewer and water hook up, then it makes sense to go the
cheapest way possible.

If the new city hall and all the townhouscs.and businesses in that area arc having city sewer and wate~
then wouldn't it be more sensible to go from that area down Ramsey Blvd. Or Armstrong Blvd. To
service thc gun club area? Th°sc roads could bc :widened at thc same time to accommodate the extra
traffic. Kill two birds with one stone so to Speakl

Name: Tom and Becky Darien
Address: 6621 - 156"' Avenue NW :
Phone: 763-427-5001

General Comments:

I attended the February 7, 2005 meeting at the Ramsey Fire Station #1. I want to thank Brian Olson
for all the information and his time on the phone With me prior to the meeting on Monday night. We
have lived in the City since building here in!982, a lot of things have changed since that time. At
the meeting 1 had a chance to see the maps, and talk to the City Planner and Mayor. Thanks to both
of you for sharing your time that evening. OUr home is in the northwest extension for gun club area.
We understand that in the next 1 ,:7 years the city of Ramsey will be changing from suburban/rural
owners is the people making these decisiOn Our in the best interest of the people of Ramsey: Our
concerns are listed below.

1. The language at meetings from one sign.to the next said two different things.
2. Due on sale clauses for any property adjoining land or swamp to pay hook up fees. .Fees
should only be charged and paid when both seWer and water new street with concrete are
(period) : .
3. In my opinion hook up fees are just hidden.assessments. The City should consider this
because this will cause problems on sales.df h0mcs and people re-if homes.
4. In my twenty years of real estate sales, and thirteen years of appraising, I have never seen any
City move the sewer and water this far for anyone.
5. In exiting Del. Homes should have two setups for sewer and water to possible sell half of lot.
