Name: Loren Walberg
Address: 6200 160th Ln NW
Phone: 763-712-8880

General Comments:
I am opposed to city provided water and SeptiC.serVices. I have a newer home, built in 2000, and a
new septic well.
Northeast Alignment:
I am opposed to alignments t & 4. I "own" 7.5 acres and these proposed alignments run directly
through "my" property - essentially splitting it in ~half. I would support a. lignment 2.

Name: Paul Rogne
Address: 15530 Zirconium St. NW
Phone: 763-427-5737

General Comments:
Regarding both the Northwest and Northeast Alignment Alternatives for Sewer, it seems as though
both proposals are not in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan for the city that was adopted not
that long ago after much discussion, debate and;serious consideration. If that is so, then why are
these proposals even being given serious consideration? Ifa Comprehensive Plan is to mean
anything at all, it needs to be followed with only minor exceptions. The very idea ora "Plan" is to
allow everyone - inside and outside of the city -!something they can count on, something they can
expect, something they too can "plan" for. It seems that both proposals should be rejected if they are
not in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan. They can be considered when that plan is near it's
expiration as a new plan is under development.
