Comparison of New RamseyStorage Center and Old National Self Storage <br />Ramsey Storage Center will be very energy efficient (designed with Excel Energy Team). Built with <br />precast wall ,panels for insulating factor, high efficiency HVAC and LED lighting motion controlled. <br />The building will be high tech with low energy use. Loading and unloading of vehicles will take <br />place inside of building to minimize noise and activity; on site. Very concerned about existing <br />trees would not disturb any where Building A was going to built in previous. plans. <br />- Size of Buildings <br />- The: National Self Storage Development was to be built over several phases. totaling <br />approximately 125,843 square feet. <br />Ramsey Storage Center will be built all in one phase totaling 125,.760_square feet. <br />- Site <br />- Ramsey Storage Center will meet all setbacks( with NO variances). There will NOT be any <br />garage doors facing Ramsey Blvd. or on the East facing the neighbors meaning NO traffic on <br />this side of the building. <br />- There will be more green space and less paving. <br />- Lighting <br />- Sigrtage willbe illuminated letters._ <br />- There will be a light at main entrance, both vehicle entrance and exit and lobby for security <br />and general safety_ <br />
