Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #19-159 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT & SITE PLAN FOR RAMSEY STORAGE CENTER WHEREAS, Ramsey Storage Center, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat and Site Plan approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot A Regency Ponds, Anoka County, Minnesota, Subject to Easement of Record -and- That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter described as follows: Commencing at a point on west line of said section which part is 209 feet north of southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter as measured along said west line, thence proceeding east and parrell to the south line of said section for a distance of 209 feet thence proceeding south and parrell to west line of said section for a distance of 209 feet, thence proceeding west and parrell to first course to the west line of said section, thence proceeding north along west line of said section to point of commencing Section 27, Township 32, Range 25 except road subject to easement of record. -and- That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25 that is describe as follows: to -wit -commencing at a point on the west line of said section which point is 209 feet north of the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter as measured along said west line, thence proceeding east and parrell to the south line of said section for a distance of 209 feet, thence proceeding north and parrell to the west line of said section for a distance of 209 feet, thence proceeding west and parrell to first course to the west line of said section, thence proceeding south along the west line of said section to point of commencing except road subject to easement of record. Or upon platting: Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Ramsey Storage Center, Anoka County, Minnesota (the `Subject Property'); WHEREAS, the City received an Application for Final Plat and Site Plan Approval for Ramsey Storage Center on June 4, 2019; and WHEREAS, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the request on June 17, 2019; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the request on July 10, 2019. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
