1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat and Site Plan approval for Ramsey Storage Center, <br />contingent upon the following conditions: <br />a. Conformance with Staff Review and approval of plans by the City Engineer. <br />b. Review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />c. Receipt of a Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization Permit. <br />d. Verification of approval from Anoka County Highway Depaitalent. <br />e. Approval and execution of a Development Agreement. <br />f. Approval and execution of multiple agreements, including Snow Storage, Cross Access (between <br />Lots 1 & 2), Access (for City along eastern boundary) and Stormwater (Master Agreement <br />between Developer and City and secondary maintenance agreement between Lots 1 & 2). <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 23' day of <br />July, 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #19-159 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
