Eliminate blighting influences such as unkempt yards, glaring lights, unscreened <br />storage, noise, inappropriate vehicle storage, etc. <br />3. Create a simple webpage/portal that allows residents to voice anonymously code <br />enforcement concerns <br />5. Create relationships with neighborhood leaders and Community Development Staff <br />6. Create and implement a strategy for targeted outreach to homeowners of aging <br />housing <br />7. Monitor the City's housing supply to ensure quality, low-income options <br />8.
