WHEREAS, as of July 23, 2019, $525,241.32 has been paid to date; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering Technician II has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends final payment to North Valley, Inc. for Improvement Project 418-03, Street Overlay <br />Improvements, in the amount of $10,719.21. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to North Valley, Inc. for <br />Improvement Project 418-03, 2018 Street Overlay Improvements, in the amount of <br />$10,719.21. <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the completed work and authorizes the Mayor or <br />City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of July 23, 2019. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Riley <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Existing Vacancy <br />Existing Vacancy <br />RESOLUTION #19-169 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
