Councilmember Elvig introducod the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> ~ RESOLUTION #05-01-030 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING TI:lEi ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY:iPUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT ALLOWING THE <br />INSTALLATION OF A TEMPORARY MODULAR OFFICE STRUCTURE ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT :14100 JAsPAR ST NW, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT <br />#0714; AND DECLARING THE TER ! S SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City of Ramsey Public iWorks Departmem, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," properly ~ applied tO the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit to <br />place a temporary modular offige struCtfire °n~the same parcel as their existing facility for an <br />interim period of time on the ProPerty generally known as 14100 Jaspar St NW and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park, Anoka County, MN <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning commission met on January 6, 2005 to review the request for <br />an Interim Use Permit to placeia temporfiry modular office structure on the Subject Property for <br />an interim period of time and conducted a Public hearing. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on January 25, 2005 to review the request for an <br />Interim Use Permit to place a tempOrarylmoduIar office structure on the Subject Property for an <br />interim period of time. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT iRESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to SectiOn 9.03.06 (Interim Use Permits) of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall be allowed to install and utilize a temporary modular office structure <br />on the Subject Property effective Upon the date of City Council approval and expiring on <br />January 25, 2010. <br /> <br />2) That the Permittee shall adhere to all!State Fire and Building Codes regarding the installation <br /> and utilization of the temporary modular office structure. <br /> <br />3) That the Permittee is required to iobtain a building permit for the temporary modular <br /> structure. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall submit a revised site plan, prior to the City, s releasing the building <br />permit, which accurately shows the size and location of the temporary modular office <br />structure. <br /> <br />That the Permittee will close the existing access off of Jaspar Street to accommodate the <br />location of the temporary modular office structure. <br /> <br /> <br />
