6) 7) 8) 9) 10) 7 The Permittee will be req~red to maintain a minimum of nineteen (19) parking stalls consisting of bituminous pavement. That this Permit shall not be considere4t modified, altered, changed or amended in any respect unless in writing and signed by the City and the Permittee. That the City shall have the ,fight to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes at any time, upon reasonable!request. : That the terms of this Permitshall be binding upon its successors and assigns. In the event the Permittee, or its successors, or assigns, violates the terms of this Permit, said violation shall be grounds for suspension or'revocation pursuant to Section 9.03.06 Subd. 4 of the City Code. ~ 11) In the event any part of this !IUP~is declared void or unenforceable by a court or competent jurisdiction, the other provisions shall hot be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. 12)That all costs incurred by the City ini administering and enforcing this Permit shall be the responsibility of the Permittee.
