6) <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />8) <br /> <br />9) <br /> <br />10) <br /> <br /> 7 <br />The Permittee will be req~red to maintain a minimum of nineteen (19) parking stalls <br />consisting of bituminous pavement. <br /> <br />That this Permit shall not be considere4t modified, altered, changed or amended in any respect <br />unless in writing and signed by the City and the Permittee. <br /> <br />That the City shall have the ,fight to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes <br />at any time, upon reasonable!request. : <br /> <br />That the terms of this Permitshall be binding upon its successors and assigns. <br /> <br />In the event the Permittee, or its successors, or assigns, violates the terms of this Permit, said <br />violation shall be grounds for suspension or'revocation pursuant to Section 9.03.06 Subd. 4 <br />of the City Code. ~ <br /> <br />11) In the event any part of this !IUP~is declared void or unenforceable by a court or competent <br /> jurisdiction, the other provisions shall hot be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />12)That all costs incurred by the City ini administering and enforcing this Permit shall be the <br /> responsibility of the Permittee. <br /> <br />The ~notion fol' the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being takenthereOn,ihe following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Elvig <br /> Councilmember Cook <br /> Councilmember Jeffrey <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Pearson <br /> Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 25th day of January, 2005. - <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-01-030 <br /> eag,, 2 of <br /> <br /> <br />
