Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-157 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />RAMSEY WOODS <br />RECITALS <br />1. Island Rentals LLC., hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat <br />approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Generally known: <br />9020 173rd Avenue NW, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Or legally described: <br />The northeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 07 Township 32 Range <br />25, except the east 100 feet of the south 1/z thereof, together with the west 100 feet of the <br />north 1/z of the northwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 07 Township 32 Range 25; <br />except roads; subject to easements of record <br />Or upon platting: <br />Lots 1-3, Block 1, RAMSEY WOODS <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />2. The City of Ramsey received an application for Sketch Plan and Final Plat for Ramsey <br />Woods prepared by Hakanson Anderson from the Developer on June 6, 2019. <br />3. The Subject Property is zoned R-1 Residential (Rural Developing), as are the properties <br />surrounding the Subject Property. <br />4. The Subject Property is approximately 9.59 acres and upon platting Lot 1 will be 3.23 <br />acres, Lot 2 will be 3.82 acres, and Lot 3 will be 2.54 acres. <br />5. Proposed Lot 3 will include the existing dwelling and accessory structures found on the <br />Subject Property currently. <br />6. The Subject Property gains access off 173rd Avenue NW, a designated Minnesota State <br />Aid (MSA) and Major Collector road. <br />7. The Subject Property is not located within the Ramsey floodplain. <br />
