8. The Subject Property contains a small portion of wetland in the southeast corner on <br />proposed Lot 3. <br />9. Both the Sketch Plan and Final Plat include the required drainage and utility easement <br />extending sixteen and a half feet (16.5') beyond the delineated boundary of the wetland. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement for Ramsey Woods in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 14, 2019. <br />b. Final Plat subject to review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />c. Execution of Development Agreement subject to review and approval as to legal <br />form by the City Attorney. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Riley <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />Resolution #19-157 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
