The request is <br />to change the l:~d use from R-]' Rumi Reserve to Low Density Residential on the <br />property generall~ known as the St. AnthonY Gun Club, which is located on the east side of <br />Variolite at ab0Ut;161~' Avenue. The amendment ~to the Comprehensive plan, along with a <br />subdivision request, would alloWthe applicant to develop the property with single-family homes <br />served by sanitary sewer and municipal Water. <br /> <br /> cOmmunitY Development Director Trudgeon explained Oakw°od Land Development is <br /> proPOsing to extend sanitary sewer and municipal water to the former St.' Anthony Gun Club <br /> property in the R-1 Residential:- Rural Reserve District.
