Adequate storage and drainage systems <br /> will be provided by the City for the ul~timate section of each of those roadways listed <br /> above in their final ~0nfiguratibn aS at~ticipated by this Agreement. <br /> <br />COSTS <br />A. The contract cost o£the work, or ifthe work is not contracted the cost of all labor, <br /> materials, normal erigineering COSts, e~tuipment rental required to do the work and right- <br /> of-way acquisition costs shall eonSti~te the actual "construction 'costs" and shall be so <br /> referred to herein. Total COnstmCfi°n Costs shall include construction costs and <br /> administrative costs Such as b{nding expenses, legal expenses and engineering fees, <br /> provided however, that said administrative costs shall not exceed 26 percent (26%) of the <br /> construction costs. '.'Estimated total COnstruction costs" are good faith projections of <br /> costs which will be lncurred for the p~ojeets. <br /> <br /> <br />
