Such <br /> ~nsurance shall cover IIab!l!ht anslnglout ofiany auto (including owned, hired, and non- <br /> owned autos). <br /> <br /> 1.3 Workers= Compensation as required bythe State of Minnesota, and Employer=s Liability <br /> insurance. <br /> <br /> 1.4 Professional Liability or Er~0rs and 0mi0s!0ns insurance appropriate for the profession. <br /> Coverage shall be maintained for:at least tWo years following the completion of work· <br /> <br />2. Minimum Limits of InsuranCe: Bidder/contractor/consultant shall maintain NO LESS <br />THAN: <br /> <br /> 2.1 Commercial General Liabili~ (COL) and if necessary, Commercial Umbrella Liability: <br /> $1,000,000 each occurren~. If COrflmerCial General Liability insurance contains a <br /> general aggregate limit, it Shall aPplY SeParately to this project/location, or the general <br /> aggregate limit shall be twice the rec~uired Occurrence limit. <br /> <br /> 2.2 Business AutomObile Liability and if necessary, Commercial Umbrella Liability: <br /> $1,000,000 each :accident f~r bodily injury and property damage· <br /> <br /> 2.3 Employers Liability: as required by the State of Minnesota <br /> <br /> 2.4 Professional Liability or ErrOrs and omissions: $1,000,000 per occurrence. <br /> <br />3. Deductibles and Self-Insure{Ii Retenti°n <br />Any deductibles or self-insured retention mUSt be declared to and approved by the <br />County.
