Such ~nsurance shall cover IIab!l!ht anslnglout ofiany auto (including owned, hired, and non- owned autos). 1.3 Workers= Compensation as required bythe State of Minnesota, and Employer=s Liability insurance. 1.4 Professional Liability or Er~0rs and 0mi0s!0ns insurance appropriate for the profession. Minimum Limits of InsuranCe: Bidder/contractor/consultant shall maintain NO LESS THAN: 2.1 Commercial General Liabili~ (COL) and if necessary, Commercial Umbrella Liability: $1,000,000 each occurren~.
