Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> m SOLUTIO #0S-03-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTllORIZING CONTRACT VqITH GOFF & HOWARD, INC. WITH <br />FUNDING IN THE AMO~ 'OF $15,00~ TO BE TRANSFERRED FROM THE <br />BUDGET OF THE couNCIL cONTINGENCY TO THE BUDGET OF THE <br />NEWSLETTER ~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March !5, 2005, '.during a City Council worksession, public relations, <br />newsletter and other communication service needs for the City were discussed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the utilization of thg serVices of the firm Goff & Howard, Inc. for such <br />needs was also discussed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the contract~ price for_such serVices would not exceed $15,000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a transfer inthe am°unt of $15,000 would be made from the budget of the <br />Council Contingency to the budget of the NewSletter. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE .BE IT RE.~; SOLVED B~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTYi STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1 Authorization to enter: into a contract with Goff & Howard, Inc. for public relations <br /> work in an amount not' to exeeeii $15,000 <br /> <br /> 2.
