PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS~: ~ This project anticipates th~ extensi°n' of ~ eight inch sanitary sewer north along the centertine of Ebony Street'.a distance, of i~00 feet. This extension 'will provide sewer availability to the following properties; :' · Parcel D (2 lateral;stubs) , · · Parcel .E (1 additio~tal Stub) · Parcel H (1 stub) :~ · Parcel G (2 stubs for multifamily) Sewer will not be extended further north: down Ebony Street as a part of this project, since the parcel to the no~,~ are Presently!developed and have existing sewer service. In addition an eight' inch watermain ~wil[: b~ !Connected the entire length of Ebony street between 137t" Avenue andlRiverdale::Ddye, a distance of 1100 feet. One inch water service stubs will be provided ateach of m above sanitary sewer-service locations'With the exception of Parcel G~whi'eh ':shall bi= provided with a suitable sized service to accommodate the. multifarm'~'!y trait p~OpoSe~t (This parcel is currently zoned Commercial and would need to be rezon~ to accommodate the owners desired land use). The portion' of the street thr0ughWl~,ch: s~tary sewer is to be extended is anticipated to impact nearly the entire roadway. COnsequently the street in this section will be reconstructed 32 feet wide iWith a pavement section consisting of four inches of class 5 base, two inches of bitumiiious base ¢oUeS~ and 1.5 inches of bituminous wear- course. Only one half of the payment will} be~ ri~moved through the northerly segment of the roadway where the eight ifi~:h waterm~ ii* to be eXtended. Through this section of the · roadway the west half will! be reconStructed~to the above specifications while the east half will receive a 1.5 inch bi~nOus Overlay ?ver the remaining pavement. .Concrete curb and gutter Will be inStalled On both curblines. The Width of the street will be reduced from 38 feet to 32 fee~, and :. [ . . mnee' there is existing storm sewer nmmng down the western eurbline and ~ eastl eurbline move six feet westward and the west curbline remain in its existing loc~ion. .This adj'astment, will result in the relocation of the centerline of the :street three feet' ,west~ A five foot wide concrete sidewalk will be installed along the east side;Of tho str~et on~-foot from the east right of way line. No changes to the existing~storm sewer system are proposed.. However, if the project proceeds the condition of' the existing: iStorm sewer structures will be inspected. Deteriorated structures will !be repaired Ok;replaced with funding from the city's storm water utility. :: ' ~ All disturbed tufted areas :Will be :rePlaced with four inches of topsoil and sod. Any disturbed driveways shall be neatly isawcU~t and replaced with' like materials and cross sections.
